ChopNow is an alternative payment gateway for consumers to purchase what they need using custom instalment plans without the need of a credit or debit card.

ChopNow offers you a modern financial solution by helping you split your purchase into bite-sized payments, avoiding upfront use of your funds, and without the need to use a credit card.

When you sign up with Singpass, you can use ChopNow instantly.

You need to meet the following criteria in order to sign up successfully:

Singaporean or Singapore PR
At least 21 years old (past birthday)
Minimum salary income of $1600 (proof of income for the latest 3 months)

Yes, interest charges as well as a one time processing fee of $50 is applicable upon approval of your application.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept applicants that are currently unemployed.

No deposit is required if you have enough spending limit for your purchase. However, you have the flexibility to choose the financing amount for your purchase and pay the outstanding amount as the deposit to the merchant.

You will be required to pay the first instalment amount upon collection of your product.

ChopNow is a fully digitalised platform and the whole signup process can be done in the ChopNow app.

Our financing amount ranges from $500 to $2,000. However, we can finance up to $3,000 for applicants who can provide a guarantor for the transaction.

You will need to submit your proof of income for the last three months to us before the credits are made available for your account.

After signing up as a ChopNow user, you may submit additional documents to us, such as your MLCB report or guarantor details. Upon a successful review of your information, your credit limits will be increased!

Moneylenders Credit Bureau (MLCB) report accesses up-to-date details of the applicant’s creditworthiness and indebtedness, to help us make any informed decisions on your hire purchase.

No, you do not need to have a credit card to use ChopNow.

Unfortunately, we only support purchases in Singapore Dollars (SGD) for now.

For questions regarding the product you purchased (e.g. delivery, warranty, stocks) please contact the retailer you are purchasing from.

As all our processes are digitalised, there will be no need to come down to our office. You may submit all required documents to us online via the ChopNow app.

Kindly log in to your ChopNow app to make the payment via PayNow.

You can inform us from one of the two options stated below once your payment has been made:

You will be charged a late penalty fee if you do not make your payment on time. However, if you pay before and/or on the due date, there will be no additional charges.

There will be a late penalty fee of $50 for all payments made after the due date for all payments.

It is important that you get in touch to let us know of your situation as soon as possible so that we can assist you immediately.

Please do not wait until your payments are severely overdue. Reach out to us as soon as possible so we can work together to find a mutual solution. We’re here to help!

At ChopNow, we understand that there are consumers who do not have access to credit cards or excess funds, hence causing businesses to lose out on potential sales due to certain restrictions or limitations by most financial services.

Our goal is to facilitate our customers with their shopping needs without the need of having a credit card or excess funds. By creating an alternative financing solution for our customers, we create more opportunities for businesses like you to increase sales and revenues.

ChopNow will allow you to reach more users who may not have the traditional means to afford your services or products, who may not have been granted BNPL approvals with more stringent providers – at no risk to you!

Upon indicating your interest, we are able to onboard you within three (3) working days.

It’s absolutely free for merchants like you to set up and integrate ChopNow into your business model. Currently, we do not charge any per-transaction fee to our partnering merchants. This way, you can focus on growing your business while we do the cost chopping for you and your buyers!

Unfortunately, ChopNow is only available for purchases in Singapore Dollars (SGD) for now.

Consolidated payments for all merchants will be paid out twice every month.

Payments will be made within 7 calendar days.

You can contact your designated relationship manager to conduct a demo session for you at your preferred date, time, and place. If you do not have a relationship manager, simply drop us a call at 6817-6187 and we will have someone attend to you as soon as possible.

Kindly ensure that you have entered the correct login credentials (username and password). If you are still unable to do so, clear your cookies and browser history before trying again.

If this doesn’t work, drop us a call or WhatsApp message at 6817-6187 and a relationship manager will contact you shortly to assist with account recovery.

The transaction limit, if any, is wholly dependent on the nature of the business, type of products sold, and average volume of monthly transactions for each merchant.
