ChopNow is an alternative payment gateway for consumers to purchase what they need using custom instalment plans without the need of a credit or debit card.

ChopNow offers you a modern financial solution by helping you split your purchase into bite-sized payments, avoiding upfront use of your funds, and without the need to use a credit card.

When you sign up with Singpass, you can use ChopNow instantly after receiving the confirmation message

You need to meet the following criteria in order to sign up successfully:

  • Singaporean or Singapore PR
  • At least 18 years old

Yes, interest charges as well as a one time processing fee is applicable upon approval of your application.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept applicants that are currently unemployed.

No deposit is required if you have enough spending limit for your purchase. However, you have the flexibility to choose the financing amount for your purchase and pay the outstanding amount as the deposit to the merchant.

You will be required to pay the first instalment amount plus any processing fees upfront.

ChopNow is a fully digitalised platform and the whole signup process can be done on the website.

After signing up as a ChopNow user, you may submit additional documents to us, such as your MLCB report or guarantor details. Upon a successful review of your information, your credit limits will be increased!

Moneylenders Credit Bureau (MLCB) report accesses up-to-date details of the applicant’s creditworthiness and indebtedness, to help us make any informed decisions on your hire purchase.

No, you do not need to have a credit card to use ChopNow.

Unfortunately, we only support purchases in Singapore Dollars (SGD) for now.

For questions regarding the product you purchased (e.g. delivery, warranty, stocks) please contact the retailer you are purchasing from.

As all our processes are digitalised, there will be no need to come down to our office. You may submit all required documents to us online via the website.

You may make payments via PayNow to our UEN No: 202125023H

You can inform us from one of the two options stated below once your payment has been made:

You will be charged a late penalty fee if you do not make your payment on time. However, if you pay before and/or on the due date, there will be no additional charges.

There will be a late penalty fee of $50 for all payments made after the due date for all payments.

It is important that you get in touch to let us know of your situation as soon as possible so that we can assist you immediately.
